Jo is a Principal Consultant with FocusCore, specialising in the Non Life Insurance and Technology space. She has 15 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, working with Hays for a number of years before making the move to the dark side in internal recruitment. She moved to Singapore right at the start of COVID, and is increasingly happier to be more free range and travel the region unrestricted.

In her spare time, you won’t find Jo, because she’s usually paddling an outrigger canoe in the shipping channels of Sentosa with the Australian Chamber of Commerce paddling club. Recent travelling has included a trip to Siargao, Philippines where her team lost narrowly to the Filipino Marines. Other activities include cycling, dragon boating, and leveraging her OG cheffing career, bribing people with food and drinking beers. 

Jo’s super excited about joining the team at Lunos and leveraging her network to drive success. She sees our role as recruiters as the fun part of HR and enjoys understanding what drives people in order to make quality placements to transform businesses. She loves building great teams and sharing knowledge to achieve and celebrate success together.
